She was admitted to the Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania in 1988; to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, in 1990; the Middle District of Pennsylvania in 2001; and to the U.S. Supreme Court in 2003.
