Linda A. Michler has extensive experience in commercial and consumer litigation. She offers clients services from loan workouts and defense of claims brought by commercial borrowers and consumers.
Linda works as well with business collections, maximizing recovery while minimizing the time and cost involved. Through early and frequent contact with the delinquent account, she enhances recovery without the client incurring further costs. Many of these matters are handled on a flat fee basis, while counterclaims and claims against financial instutions are handled on an hourly basis.
Linda further represents creditors in only creditors commercial and consumer bankruptcies, as well as in replevin and forfeiture/confiscation claims. She represents first and subsequent mortgagees in foreclosure matters.
